Our renowned business lunch consists of a selection from our comprehensive fresh food standard platter range and will include the following, to serve a minimum of 4 people.

• Assortment of mini sub rolls and open sandwiches, fajitas, savoury chicken bites, mixed crolines, with a yoghurt and spice dip. Garnished with seasonal salad.
• A selection of tasty bites. Vegetables samosas, vegetable spring rolls, breaded chicken pieces, onion bahjis, yoghurt, garlic and mint dip.
• A variety of bite sized tropical and locally grown fruits, tastefully displayed to tempt the discerning palate, with honey and yoghurt dip.
• A selection of freshly baked mini muffins, macaroons, iced and cream cakes.
• Fresh orange and still water.
